FIJI Water: Halloween Set Dinner

Created by Kacey Whaitiri-­‐Roberts, Group Executive Chef of Tadcaster Hospitality, this three-course set dinner features a choice of Wild Mushroom Soup or Saku Tuna Carpaccio for the appetizer, Oven-Baked Sea Bass or Beef Rendang for the mains and ends off with Peach Melba for dessert.
