FIJI Water Lime Truck

Daniel Shemtob, winner of the Food Network’s Great Food Truck Race’s second season rides into town for two appearances in a food truck. Serving up dishes made famous in his Orange County-based Lime Truck, expect eat-and-go fare like fresh fish ceviche tostada and blue crab and jicama taco, doled out with a complimentary bottle of event organisers’ FIJI Water. 100 percent of proceeds from the event will go to Willing Hearts charity in aid of the needy in Singapore. The food truck will be parked at orchardgateway on both Friday and Saturday (15 & 16 Aug) evening.
