Embrace eccentricity and get wacky at Esplanade's 10-day playful festival, where a host of whimsical live, digital and hybrid programmes awaits. Take part in the art installation and performance, Millefeuilles, where you can discover and explore a dark room with a flashlight. There are paper sculpture in various sizes on the ground or suspended in the air, and is revealed through projected shadows created by a simple light source.
Enjoy an introductory two-ball juggling workshop by Di-Hong, who has been a juggler for over a decade and has taught hundreds of people to juggle. One mega show you won't want to miss, however, is How Drama's Big Brown Girl. Commissioned for the festival, the new interactive production calls on on-site and online audiences to "matchmake" the main character in the name of love.
