Video games, literature and music collide at Difference Engine’s launch party for its new publication, Free to Play: A Video Games Anthology. The book compiles stories, poems and other literary works inspired by gaming culture from emerging and established creators from across the world. To celebrate the release, the party will bring its pages to life with a lineup of sharing sessions and quizzes, plus a soundtrack of nostalgic 8-bit tunes and pixel music.
Meet the contributors and editors behind the anthology, including local poet Joses Ho, YA author Wen-yi Lee, comic book writer Hana Yacob, and Singaporean-Australian artist Judith Huang, as they share insights into the making of the book.
