It’s less than a week until Singaporeans head to polls. This year’s General Election (GE2020) is happening on July 10 – a little more than a month after the circuit breaker ended. This year’s election is an interesting one as parties can no longer hold large public rallies due to social distancing. Instead, many are using online platforms to get their message across.

Before you cast your vote, get to know the parties involved in GE2020. They have a short campaigning period of nine days between Nomination Day on June 30 to Polling Day on July 10 – with the exception of Cooling-off Day, the day Polling Day, as it gives voters time to think rationally and reflect on the issues raised and discussed during the campaigning period.

To help you better understand the political landscape and what each party is fighting for, we’ve rounded the key rallies, debates, and third-party discussions to keep you informed and updated during this time.
