Got a budding fitness enthusiast at home? Well, here’s HYROX, but for the little ones. Great World’s inaugural RoxStars challenge takes inspiration from the elite fitness competition to build a playful and high-energy circuit that’ll get your kids moving and sweating.

The six-station course features kid-friendly versions of standard gym exercises, including sled pushes, ball squats, farmer’s carries, burpee broad jumps, plus ski and row machines. Each activity will be adjusted for different age groups and supervised by professional coaches throughout. However, unlike HYROX, there’s no competition here. Participants are simply given 30 minutes to tackle the stations at their own pace. Finish all six and the young ones will be rewarded with a medal, a finisher bag, and, of course, post-workout bragging rights.

The challenge is open to kids aged between 7 and 16 years old. Also, as part of a special Father’s Day treat, dads can also sign up to participate alongside their kids in the ‘Father & Kid’ category on 21 June, 2026.
