Four of Raasay’s celebrated single malts are expertly matched with premium craft beers and wok-heyed hawker fare, each thoughtfully selected to ensure a vibrant crossover of cultures and palate surprises. On the food menu, expect to tuck into salted fish fried rice, chargrilled pork satay, succulent sweet pork ribs and crispy fried chicken.
