If you need to find an excuse to knock back a glass or two after work, then here it is: Heineken is taking over 36 Keong Saik Road for its First Sip House pop-up, from now ‘til 16 May, 2026. It offers an exclusive menu curated by award-winning mixologist June Baek and Club Street Laundry’s chef, Justin Hammond, that features four bar bites and beertails pairings centred on the versatile craft of Pure Malt.
There’s Punched Out, featuring tuna tartare and an omija-infused soju bomb, and The Recharge, a refreshing combination of grapefruit and ginger Heineken Silver Spritz with mushroom parfait and malt caramel. If you prefer something extra savoury, then deepen your taste buds with The Discovery, which pairs malted peanut butter soba with a silky malt sour, or try The Payoff, featuring slow-cooked beef short rib tacos served with a customisable Heineken Michelada.
Admission is free but requires a booking ticket via Klook. General admissions come with a pint of Heineken® Original, Silver, or 0.0. However, if you’d like to elevate the experience, you can purchase the Pure Malt Beertail & Bites Ticket, which includes food and bevvy. The pop-up is only open on Wednesday, Friday and Saturday.
