Ikea is giving you a very good reason to get off the sofa. On September 19 and 20, Ikea Tampines is hosting its first-ever Hej-Fit Challenge, where teams of two can put their strength, stamina and creative storage skills to the test – with a fully electric Volvo EX30 as the grand prize. Up to 200 successful participants will also walk away with a one-of-a-kind Hej-Fit finisher medal, while casual challengers can tackle endurance challenges for a chance to win IKEA Gift Cards. And yes, you can expect those Malm flatpacks to become gym equipment.
The kids aren't left out either. From September 18 to 20 at all Ikea stores, families can work together to build imaginative pillow forts using Ikea products and stand a chance to win prizes. And because every workout and challenge, deserves a reward, refuel with IKEA’s limited-time menu including the Swedish meatball ice cream, topped with caramel sauce and lingonberry jam.
