Korean Specialties

As part of the Asian Masters Series this November, Chef Min Ku Kang from Park Hyatt Busan will be joining the kitchen at mezza9 to serve up some traditional Korean specialties. Chef Min-Ku is devoted to creating meals that are in equal parts delicious and healthy, and will therefore be offering a diverse range of set meals, a la carte appetizers, mains and desserts, including Omija Sherbet with Asian Pears, for both lunch and dinner.
