Want to see Singapore from a different perspective after dark? Then hit up Legends in Motion. This walking tour experience is presented by The Artists Village and is held in conjunction with Singapore Night Festival 2026. Happening every Friday and Saturday for three weekends, the programme offers two immersive nighttime experiences that let you uncover the hidden stories, history and creative spaces around the Bras Basah precinct.
When The Water Rose, directed by Pat Toh, kicks off at Temasek Shophouse, bringing you on a multisensory journey through the hidden waterways of Bras Basah, where you will encounter fashion, sculptures, spoken word and participatory movement. The trail is accompanied by original music designed by Nasrulhaq Kamsani and Kippy, while Vagabond Mixology serves up botanical drinks to complete the experience.
On the other hand, Invisible City by Sonia Kwek takes you to the lesser-seen creative corners in the area, including the former arts hub Substation. Each tour is led by different artists, including Stephanie Dogfoot, Siew Guang Hong and Noor Effendy Ibrahim, who will offer their own interpretation of the hidden spaces along the way. The tour ends with a mobile archive by Koh Nguang How that collects artefacts from Singapore’s performance art history.
