Light Up Ninja

Inspired by the Japanese annual summer festival Natsu Matsuri and organized by the Singapore Lighting Detectives, Light Up Ninja comprises many light and shadow activities for folks of all ages, like creating glow-in-the-dark paintings using fluorescent pens and paints and crafting lanterns as keepsakes of the Singapore Night Festival.
