Nothing screams romance more than saving the Earth, so book a table at Royal Plaza on Scotts' award-winning buffet restaurant Carousel as they celebrate Earth Hour 2019 in a rather fancy way. For an hour from 8.30pm onwards, the hotel switches off non-essential lights and dim the lobby, while the soy candles from Carousel's buffet create a cosy and intimate atmosphere for guests to continue their dining.
