Time Out says

If you happen to be at MacRitchie for a cross-country run or hike with friends and family, swing by the nearby The Refectory at Braddell Road for the MacRitchie Farmers Market. Back after a two-year pandemic hiatus, the fifth edition of the farmers market is a familiar celebration of all things locally grown and produced.

Curated by culinary anthropologist Nithiya Laila around the theme of Singapore's 30 x 30 sustainability goals, MacRitchie Farmers Market will feature a slew of locally grown and made produce and products. Shop fresh produce from Singapore's farms and rack up sustainable goods lovingly designed and made by local craftsmen. If you're feeling hungry after a day out at the reservoir, then you can also fuel up on tasty, healthy fare at the farmers market.

In keeping with the sustainable theme, do bring your own reusable bags to truck your purchases home. While select stalls offer PayLah and PayNow, visitors to the market are advised to bring some good, old-fashioned cash.

MacRitchie Farmers Market is free for all, but do register your interest beforehand at Eventbrite
