Merchants and Tamburlaine Organic Wine Dinner

Merchants Wine Cellar and Tamburlaine Organic Winery present a three-course dinner with dishes paired with the vineyard's organic wines from Hunter Valley and the Orange Highlands in Australia. Highlights include seared salmon with pesto and balsamic reduction paired with Chardonnay, beef bourguignon served with mash paired with Shiraz and Cabernet Merlot.
