Michel Rolland Wine Collection Dinner

Executive chef Jonathan Kinsella whips up a four-course dinner while the impeccable wine guru Michel Rolland takes charge of the wine pairing. To be served: Alaskan king crab salad with Château La Grand Clotte Blanc 2010;  slow-baked Brittany cod with Mariflor Pinot Noir 2010; Château Le Bon Pasteur 2008 and 2010 to heighten the taste of filet mignon and braised shortribs; milk chocolate mousse cake, and warm madeleines to remember the night by.
