Nara C.O.W. at The Promontory

Voted Thailand’s best restaurant, Nara Thai Cuisine and popular food truck, The Travelling C.O.W. (Chef on Wheels), come together to deliver Thai food from food trailers. Named the ‘Nara C.O.W.’, it will feature its special collaboration dish, the ‘Nara-inspired Seafood Burger by The Travelling C.O.W.’, a burger with a mixed seafood patty and Thai mango salad. The food truck will also be serving signature dishes from $4, such as Phu Nim Phad Pong Karee, a soft shell crab in yellow curry, in special Thai tiffin carriers. The mobile eatery will be setting up shop at various locations across the island before Nara Thai’s official opening at Westgate Mall on April 16.
