Get ready for a delightful evening of cross-cultural exchanges, craft and creativity as Nutmeg & Clove and the Last Word play host to some of India’s most exciting bartending talents. Taking over the shifts at Last Word are Uttkarsh and Pankaj of Quinta Cantina, who are shaking up drinks inspired by their vibrant Goa culture, injecting flavours from the coastal city into their concoctions. Sharing the bar with them is Avinash from Bangalore’s intimate izakaya-style bar Soka, who will bring his technique-driven approach to cocktails.
Over at Nutmeg & Clove, pick your poison from either Rahul, who tends the bar at New Delhi’s AABBCC, or Paradox’s Ankush from Mumbai. The former offers drinks that strike a balance between playful and polished, while the latter’s beverage menu is known for its experimental and boundary-pushing concepts.
