Every single restaurant in this eight-hands collaboration has been awarded at least two Michelin stars. Let that sink in for a moment. Odette, helmed by Julien Royer in Singapore, has two Michelin stars, while French peers Atelier Crenn, Mirazur and Alléno Paris au Pavillon Ledoyen have three Michelin stars each. This multi-course dinner is therefore a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for you to get a taste of boundary-pushing French cuisine from a medley of some of the finest chefs in the world – all at the same place in one night. Furthermore, this dinner is being held for a good cause. In honour of chef Dominique Crenn, proceeds from the dinner will be donated to breast cancer awareness organisations.
