The region’s largest showcase dedicated to Japanese food and beverage innovations and pickings is open to the public for one day only. More than 300 exhibitors from 42 Japanese prefectures will be exhibiting their delicacies and seasonal produce. The highlight of the event will be the showcase of 36 varieties of Honkaku and Awamori Shochu.
