Time Out says

The inaugural Pink Pony Comedy Festival – a collaboration between Siao Char Bors Comedy and Larks Improv Theatre – is here, and it’s all high camp, no filter and 100 per cent queer. Held as part of Pink Fest, the festival marks the first-ever queer comedy festival of its kind in Singapore. It’s three shows rolled into one: there’s Pink Pony Comedy Club, Pants on Fire, and The Big Gay Variety Show. Watch as comedians, drag queens, burlesque performers, poets and more take the stage throughout the day to trade roasts and out-diva one another in this series of hilarious showdowns – all in celebration of Pride Month.

More than just a comedy festival, the programme also includes an insightful discussion on the importance of humour in queer art and writing in Singapore. On the panel is Rosie McGowan, who co-wrote and directed Singapore’s first staged lesbian musical, A Lesbian Love Story: The Musical, alongside Steph Dogfoot from Siao Char Bors Comedy and Larks Improv Theatre’s Nicole Ng.
