Singapore produce from nine local farms takes centrestage in the third installment of this six-part dinner series celebrating The Halia's 11th anniversary. Expect dishes like quail canneloni, crispy frog leg 'porridge', golden consommé of mother hen, mussel and mushroom and wasabi sprout. Each dish will be paired with local-inspired cocktails like Lemak Hendrick's (Hendrick’s Gin, lemon, kaffir lime, orange blossom water and milk) and Kranji Reserve (Glenfiddich, Punt e Mes, sugar palm and toasted peppercorn).
