Time Out says

Mandai Rainforest Resort, Banyan Tree’s first nature-inspired resort in Singapore, may have welcomed guests in April this year, however, it’s continuing its grand opening celebrations this weekend with a series of guided nature walks, arts and wellness workshops, interactive installations and loads more.

Craft your own body scrubs, join in on relaxing yoga sessions and explore the rainforest to discover more about our native trees. Don’t miss the self-guided Discovery Trail, where you’ll learn more about sustainable design, biodiversity and wellbeing, and the Wishing Tree, a living artwork that grows each time you add words of hope to its leaves.

Over the weekend, there’s a sustainable market and a lineup of live music to look forward to as well. The resort’s ballroom will turn its space into a marketplace boasting offerings from 10 sustainable local brands, while the Festival Stage will feature performances from talented homegrown acts like Wolfgang Violin Studio, Jack & Rai, MICappella and others.

On top of all the buzz and excitement, proceeds from the festival tickets will be donated and matched dollar-for-dollar by Banyan Group in support of the President’s Challenge, which benefits over 50 charities and social service organisations in Singapore.
