RASA presents Max Pela & Osunlade

RASA is turning the heat up with a psychedelic double DJ set featuring Max Pela and Osunlade. The latter needs no introduction – often hailed as one of the godfathers of Afrohouse, Osunlade is no doubt a true icon on the decks. Founder of the legendary Yoruba Records, the veteran beatsmith and producer has spent decades shaping the sound that effortlessly bridges jazz, house and African-rooted rhythms. His sets are deeply emotive, immersive and hypnotic – they don’t just fill the dancefloor, they command it. Sharing the night with him is his peer, Max Pela, the self-proclaimed charismatic “DJ’s DJ” from the Dominican Republic. Pela has a flair for balancing deep house and Afrobeats, with a fondness for rare records and new voices. Supporting the night with endless music are DJs Leland, who will be on Floor’s opening duty, while HEAVYITCH will be taking control of the tunes over at the Hall side.
