Time Out says

Besides admiring the blooms at Dahlia Dreams, head over to River Hongbao at the SuperTree Grove for more Chinese New Year festivities. Now in its fourth edition, the event will feature majestic dragon displays, a food street, amusement rides, and performances. The highlight is a 140-metre-long Dragon and 18-metre-tall God of Fortune, which will be backlit by a firecrackers show on selected evenings. Indulge in food from Singapore, China, and the rest of Asia at a food street – but only after having a spin on the Uncle Ringo carnival rides. There will be nightly stage performances to enjoy too, including getai and xinyao sets, dance sequences, traditional folk song duets and more by Mediacorp artistes and cultural groups.
