We’ve seen some of Singapore’s cutest animals at River Wonders – think capybaras, and not forgetting our cherished pandas. This year marks River Wonders’ 10th year anniversary, and what better way to celebrate this milestone than with more animal-themed activities?
From February 28 to April 14, 2024, special activities are in store for all visitors throughout the wildlife park. Start off by picking up your very own ‘River Wonders Explorer Bingo Sheet’ and check off fun facts that you’ve uncovered along your journey. Once you’ve completed at least one row of the bingo grid, you’ll be able to redeem a pin for keepsake.
Friendly keepers will also be contributing to two special segments – Mekong Giant Catfish and Wild Amazonia Trail Keeper Talks. As the name suggests, visitors will be able to learn about these incredible creatures like the Mekong giant catfish, white-lipped tamarin and silver arowana.
There’s also something for the kids. At the Ranger Buddies Quest, young ones can set out to conquer outposts around River Wonders that will broaden their knowledge on wildlife. They will be equipped with a pair of smart binoculars and a companion app before completing these activities.
Those who are into camping will be happy to hear that River Wonders is offering an exclusive overnight camping experience. This includes guided tours of the Amazon Flooded Forest with an arapaima feeding demonstration and a hearty buffet at the Night Safari. As night falls, pitch a tent and take in the Amazon Flooded Forest with stories shared by the guides.
