Orihara, the local importer and bar stocking some of Japan's rarer bottlings of sakes, shochus, umeshus and whiskey in Singapore celebrates its fifth anniversary with a showcase of their extensive collection at its first big celebration of Japanese liquors. The event will feature 30 sake masters who will be on hand to dispense and share the unique traits of their individual breweries, and more than 200 varieties of drinks to sample.
