Back for its second edition, Sake Festival Singapore will showcase close to 200 varieties of limited edition and seasonal sakes for tasting. At the event, sakes brewers will also be present to share the unique traits of their labels. Besides sake, you can get boozed up on Japanese fruit liquors, shochu, umeshu, and Suntory Premium Malt on tap. For cocktails, head to Hibiya Bar which has flown into town from Tokyo especially to introduce its new cocktails.
Sake Festival Singapore is organised by Orihara, a local importer and bar which stocks some of Japan's rarer bottlings of sakes, shochus, umeshus and whiskey. Tickets can be purchased at Sistic or on site for $80.
