Chef Andreas Caminada of Schloss Schauenstein (number 47 on the World’s 50 Best Restaurants 2018) will team up with chef Jason Tan of Corner House (number 49 in Asia's 50 Best Restaurants 2019) for a six-course lunch to round off this year's series of dining events for World's 50 Best Restaurants. Swiss chef Andreas Caminada has three Michelin stars to his name, and his restaurant is renowned in Switzerland – not just for its unparalleled dishes like the Swiss pikeperch from Lake Lucerne with red onion, buttermilk and radish – but also for being housed in a real-life castle, making it even more of a dream destination. Repping Singapore is Tan, whose creativity at Corner House is evidenced in the four different ways he prepares the Cévennes onion: baked onion cup, Parmesan-toppped onion tart, lightly salted onion chips, and onion tea.
