Time Out says

Everything you need to know about Singapore's biggest seaside barbecue

UPDATE The 10-week-long Sentosa food fiesta is coming to an end. This year, there will be a whopping total of 14 food trucks that are set to wow foodies with a truckload of tasty and affordable street food. Taking place over the weekends, the fiesta will showcase vendors featuring budding talent to seasoned stalwarts.

Think wild creations such as braised pulled duck-loaded potatoes by the award-winning Singapore National Junior Culinary Team, indulgent bourbon BBQ bacon beef burgers by hawkerprenuer Fatty Patty, and Singapore's first sugar-and-egg-free ring mochi doughnuts by homegrown pop-up bakery SugarBellySG.

Guests can also look forward to fringe events, including Movies by the Beach from September 1 to 17 and the Sentosa Grand Prix Season Singapore Party from September 8 to 17.

For the full lineup of events, check out their website.

Happening at Palawan Green, every Fri to Sun, 5pm to 10pm, September 1 to 17.

The epic Sentosa GrillFest is set to be the biggest seaside barbeque spread yet with 35 vendors on site. This year will also see an inaugural International Delights Zone (held at the Emerald Pavilion) that promises mouth-watering flame-charred meats expressed in unique new flavours from different countries such as Egypt, Mexico, Taiwan and South Africa. Think Texan-style BBQ briskets, pulled rendang beef cheek burgers, Egyptian huras, dry-aged beef cubes, and plenty more.

Fan favourites from the previous GrillFest edition will also make an appearance together with local expert grill masters. And for the first time ever, festival-goers are encouraged to vote for their favourite GrillFest vendor as part of the People’s Choice Award. While the festival does its part in sustainable practices such as providing biodegradable utensils and packaging, we highly encourage bringing your own containers and utensils to help reduce waste. Hot tip, bring your own water bottles and hydrate at the many drinking fountains along Siloso Beach.
