Time Out says

Singapore River Festival is back for its first physical bash since 2019. Once again, it's set to transform the three quays (Clarke, Boat, and Robertson) into a hotbed of dazzling illuminations, live music performances, wellness activities, and exciting dining options. These programmes celebrate the river's heritage – a key highlight being an augmented reality (AR) adventure called Saba's Time Quest that'll bring historical landmarks along the river to life through interactive storytelling.

That's not all you'll be heading down for either. The month-long festival will see Cavenagh Bridge, Read Bridge, and Alkaff Bridge illuminate in a mesmerising display as a symbol of the dreams of Singaporeans (September 7 and 8, 7pm). And for more things light and bright, Moonlight Fiesta will feature a lantern festival walk complete with enchanting lantern displays.

Food and drink spots all along the river are also getting in on the fun with Singapore River Signatures, with bespoke creations by Deadfall by Barbery Coast, Tempo Bar & Grill, Pasta Fresca da Salvatore, and more. Exercise more than your jaw at Wellness Fest, which has tranquil sketching sessions for the mind and high-tempo fitness classes for the body. Don't miss a vibrant street party at Circular Road too, which will have nostalgic arcade games and Tamiya racing set against infectious beats curated by the folks at Offtrack.
