Time Out says

Every year, the three main quays along the Singapore River – Boat Quay, Clarke Quay, and Robertson Quay – transform into a vibrant waterfront filled with live performances, art installations and immersive activations. This year, the Singapore River Festival returns to celebrate its 10th edition with The Quay Collective, which presents three distinct experiences along the stretch.

In the Entertainment Zone, Boat Quay comes alive with a series of street performances. Join in on community sing-alongs and catch local acts like Ann Siang Sounds, Leandra Lane and Omar Kenobi. SMU’s percussion group Samba Masala are also set to bring their infectious rhythms to the riverside. Then, stick around until nighttime for an 8-minute show projected onto the heritage shophouses.

Over at the Expression Zone, flash mobs, dance troupes and acrobatic stunts take over Clarke Quay, while the Read Bridge turns into a dancefloor for all ages. There’s also a gathering for acai lovers and matcha aficionados to look out for. At the third zone, Robertson Quay puts lifestyle and wellness activities in the spotlight. Expect calming light installations, movies under the stars, and a social market boasting local makers, games and loads of family fun.
