Time Out says

Part of a series of celebrations commemorating 50 years of diplomatic relations between Singapore and Japan, SJ50 Matsuri will feature 34 performing arts groups over two days, and of course, Japanese nosh. And if you’re a huge fan of Domo-kun, you'd want to make your way down for a photo op with the popular brown monster. Also happening are BMX action shows, appearances by adored cartoon bear Kumamon, and an Awa Odori dance performance.
