Indulge in savoury Norwegian seafood at Sky on 57 with guest Norwegian chef Eyvind Hellstrøm, who helped propel one of Oslo's top restaurants, Bagatelle, to fame when it was awarded two Michelin stars in 1992 under his guidance. Plus, he's also published more than 13 cookbooks and headed numerous hit culinary TV shows in his home country, so you know you're in good hands. Try his classic Bagatelle dishes like the tomato 'club' with Norwegian king crab, Norway lobster ravioli with tomato-olive bouillon and Atlantic cod with truffles. But if you want a dose of chef Justin Quek's cuisine, Sky on 57 will still have its regular à la carte lunch and dinner menus available.
