Set up by former hedge fund manager, Elwyn Chan, this resto-bar serving Western cuisine prepared by the chef, Collin Tan, former chief griller at Clarke Quay’s ‘The Steakhouse’, it specializes in a charcoal grilled steak ($38 for 300g of sirloin or rib-eye) served with sauteed mixed vegetables and truffle fries. If you are not a fan of beef, other options include a pan-seared sea bass served with sauteed mushroom and crispy potato cake($19), mushroom aglio olio($13) and grilled watermelon, served with parma ham and rocket salad($12). End your meal with sweet treats like a nutella or lemon zest crepe ($6) a muddy mud pie ($8) or their dessert of the day, an in-house creation ($5). Also expect a range of alcohol selections, from wines like cabernet sauvignon to draft beers like Irish ale.
