As part of Singapore's 46th birthday celebrations, STREET 50 is launching a new dish, the Black Pepper Lobster ($48++), which is prepared by wok-frying at high temperatures a Caribbean lobster with freshly crushed black pepper corn, ginger, onion and Chinese wine.
