Time Out says

Sunset Circle, the open art and music jam sessions at Capitol Singapore, has returned for another round of spontaneity at the heart of the civic district. Teaming up with local improv collective Off The Record, the second edition of Sunset Circle takes over the Outdoor Plaza for a chill Friday evening of free-flowing performances. Sing along to your favourite tunes or pick up an instrument to join in on the fun. There’s also an open dance cypher where you’re invited to shake off the workweek stress with your best moves. So don’t be afraid to let your hair down and soak in the vibes.

Feeling like less of an entertainer and more of a spectator? Don’t sweat it, there are other activities to look forward to apart from hyping up the jam sessions. You can get your portrait drawn or stand a chance to walk away with a Café Kitsuné tote bag by snapping a pic. If you’re hungry, enjoy complimentary drinks and bar bites, which you can redeem with exclusive vouchers available at a dedicated booth at the Outdoor Plaza. Keep your eyes peeled because these F&B vouchers drop every hour, so snag them quickly.
