Sake Festival Singapore 2026

Bottoms up! Or should we say, kanpai? The annual Sake Festival Singapore – one of the largest Japanese spirits festivals in Asia – returns to Suntec Convention Centre for its 11th edition, and this time it’s focused on the theme Meet the Masters. For one day only, the event brings together 40 legendary brewers and distilleries from Japan to share their love for traditional rice wine. On the roster are some of the country’s top-rated sake producers, including Daisen City’s acclaimed Akita Seishu, Aoki Shuzo and Funaki Sake Brewery. Learn more about the delicate craft and hear firsthand about the techniques passed down for generations. You’ll also get to sample a curated selection of over 600 nihonshu labels from different Japanese prefectures, including unique bottles of limited-edition spirits and rare sakes. Complete it by pairing your drinks with izakaya dishes whipped up by local chefs. This year’s edition also introduces a dedicated workshop space. Look forward to masterclasses that’ll deepen your knowledge of sake and guided tasting sessions. New to the sake scene? Don’t sweat it. Explore the festival with certified sake sommeliers, who will help you navigate the space to find you the perfect pour.

Hobbies Fair 2026

No hobby is too niche at the Hobbies Fair. Whatever you’re interested in – whether it’s art, sports or tech – there’s definitely going to be a space for you here. Happening at Suntec Convention Centre, this two-day event is a gathering of communities, fandoms and subcultures of all kinds. This year’s edition features over 200 exhibitors spanning categories like tabletop gaming, collectibles, outdoor adventure, music, vintage finds and more. Beyond browsing the booths, you can experience some of these hobbies first-hand, too. There’s a lineup of ticketed workshops where you can learn the basics of mechanical keyboard building, knitting, terrarium-making and leathercraft. Elsewhere, catch live demonstrations on taekwondo and boxing, or sit in on passionate panel discussions with other fellow hobbyists and experts. Also look forward to talent competitions, ranging from singing showdowns to beatbox battles. Cheer the participants on, or sign up for yourself if you think you’ve got the vocal chops to prove.
