What’s the Dragon Boat Festival without zong zi (a.k.a. rice dumplings or bak zhang, depending on what you call it)? Head over to Takashimaya’s B2 Food Hall for an extensive array of Singapore’s best rice dumpling purveyors – including well-known brands like Joo Chiat Kim Choo Kueh Chang – all in one place. If you want to go the non-traditional route, some vendors will also be selling Korean rice cakes and Japanese mochi.
