This is Singapore’s first-ever gin Tanqueray Terrace, a one-week pop-up held at the picturesque grounds of Chijmes. From April 3 to 9, here’s your chance to try the award-winning Tanqueray No. Ten – a premium small-batch distilled gin with the citrusy flavours of pink grapefruits, Florida oranges, and Mexican limes. This outdoor pop-up also has perfume workshops and sensorial experiences, where you can savour the multifaceted flavours of the Tanqueray No. Ten.

Attend perfume workshops and sip on refreshing cocktails at Tanqueray Terrace

At this gin pop-up, Terrace Bar will be serving refreshing Tanqueray cocktails all day. There’s free admission, so take the chance to try one of the signature T&T cocktails, a play on the classic G&T with Tanqueray and Tonic. You can also join in exclusive Oo La Lab perfume workshops, to make your own personalised perfume. 

Whether it’s citrus notes reminiscent of Tanqueray’s own premium fruit-based gin or an uplifting floral, this is where you’ll be crafting your own signature scent. These workshops ($98) are held daily between 11am to 4pm, and each comes with a complimentary Tanqueray No. Ten & Tonic. You’ll also be learning more about the infused Tanqueray No. Ten flavours: pink grapefruits, Mexican limes, and Florida oranges. There’ll also be a Scent Bar where you can purchase a Tanqueray No. Ten & Tonic with a perfume (10ml) or a bottle of Tanqueray No. Ten with a perfume (20ml) – you can craft your own bespoke scent here during operating hours. 

Some of the best restaurants and bars at Chijmes will also be serving the signature Tanqueray No. Ten & Tonic for $14. This includes Lei Garden Restaurant, Senor Taco, New Ubin Seafood, Coriander Leaf, The Winery, and Privé. Score a complimentary personalised Tanqueray luggage tag with all gift bundles and cocktail purchases*.

With its smooth and zesty flavours, the Tanqueray No. Ten gin is undeniably the premium gin of the entire range. After all, it’s the very first small batch gin to be distilled with fresh fruits, celebrating the bright flavours of citrus. It’s also been recognised by the San Francisco Spirits Award, and is the only gin that has its own place in the Hall of Fame. 

The Tanqueray No. Ten is best enjoyed simply: with tonic water, a whole lot of ice, and a single wedge of pink grapefruit. But head down to Tanqueray Terrace at Chijmes (Monday to Thursday, 4pm to 11pm; Friday to Sunday, 2pm to midnight), and you’ll find that there are a variety of ways to enjoy this quality gin at any time.
