Situated close to the historical Johore Battery on the eastern edge of the island, The Catch is a restaurant and bar serving the ocean's bounty cooked up in local Chinese fashion. Signature dishes include Alaskan king crab in egg white with truffle oil, deep fried cuttlefish with pepper and salt ($8), and clams stir-fried with sambal chilli and onions ($14-$28), while the less seafood-inclined can also look forward to crispy brinjal with salted egg yolk ($6) and roast chicken stuffed with glutinous rice ($45).
