For the third edition of its collaboration series, The High Table, rooftop bar HighHouse welcomes Chef Sun Kim from the two-Michelin-starred restaurant Meta to cook up an exclusive menu that draws inspiration from his Korean heritage and international experience. Think reimagined classic Korean dishes with bold flavours that reflect the culinary innovator’s refined techniques and skills.

Altogether there are six dishes presented on the menu, including beef carpaccio ($32), king fish sashimi ($30) and crispy eggplant with salsa ($28). For something a bit meatier, look forward to the beef short rib ($88) that’s charcoal-grilled and marinated in galbi-style, accompanied by mushroom ragu. If you’re a seafood lover, the blue lobster gyeran jjim ($72), might be more to your taste.

The main highlight, however, is the steak bibimbap ($58). It’s chargrilled flank steak served with steamed rice and a medley of seasoned vegetables, and completed with savoury gochujang garlic sauce. All dishes are available throughout lunch and dinner.
