What's all the hush-hush about female pleasure for? The folks behind The Origin – A Passage of Pleasure certainly don't get it, and they're working to change the game with the latest multi-sensory pop-up at The Art Space at Siri House.
Brought to you by the gals behind The Hedonist and Good Vibes – sister female sexual wellness brands that deal in sex toys and wellness products – this exhibition is spreading the gospel on female pleasure and empowerment. From January 15 to March 31, step into the intimate space to face the Prism of Self-Love, which encourages you to reflect on society's constraints and ways to step past those expectations to embrace your sexuality. If you're feeling a bit lost – pleasure consultants will be available Fridays 6pm-9pm and Saturdays noon-9pm to guide you.
Even more exciting will be the workshops happening every Wednesday. The founders Jacqueline Kee and Meryl Lim are planning sessions around pleasure, sexual health, relationships and women empowerment. Discuss your most intimate bedroom concerns, discover new modes of pleasure, and importantly – join a community of like-minded women through The Origin.
