Hosted by The Southern Depot at Gillman Barracks, the lifestyle and art market returns with a special SG61 edition that puts the spotlight on homegrown brands, creatives and the community for a weekend of eating, shopping and hanging out. There’s everything from locally designed crafts, fashion and accessories to perfumes, homeware and baked goodies.
Make sure to come hungry, too, as the folks at Little Island Brewing Co. are offering freshly brewed local craft beers to go alongside its wood-fired pizzas and hearty pub favourites. Meanwhile, each day features a different up-and-coming act on the lineup to soundtrack the festivities. On Saturday, be serenaded by Alyssa&Ash as the duo delivers stripped-back renditions of your favourite pop hits and nostalgic numbers, while singer-songwriter Xin Ya takes the stage on Sunday with a medley of covers and original songs.
The weekend affair closes out with a live screening of the National Day Parade so you won’t miss out on the celebrations going down at the Stadium.
