In the spirit of #stayhome, Time Out Singapore is launching a new webinar series that'll keep you entertained from the comfort of your couch. Kicking things off is chef Mirko Febbrile from one-Michelin-starred Braci. He'll be showing us how to whip up an ace bowl of cacio e pepe from scratch with just a couple of ingredients. If you want to cook along with us, here are the ingredients you'll need (feeds four):

Pasta
400g all-purpose flour
4 large eggs
Salt

Sauce
300g grated pecorino romano cheese
15g whole black pepper

Equipment
Rolling pin
Sharp knife
Cutting board
Whisk
2 kitchen towels
