Designed to be a one-stop location for young people (aged 15 to 35) to gather and be inspired, Tzu Chi Foundation is a new non-profit startup set up by Dharma Master Cheng Yen. HYC occupies the former premises of Yishun Polyclinic and located by Yishun Pond, next to Khoo Teck Puat Hospital.
