Cocktail workshops and Johnnie Walker highballs

The specially designed Johnnie Walker experience is a sensory journey in itself – stroll through to discover the bold flavours of Johnnie Walker’s Scotch whiskies. There’ll be scent testers too, where you’ll find that the flavour profiles of this iconic blend are predominantly smoky, fruity, sweet, and spicy.

Interact with these four flavour profiles of Johnnie Walker at the flavour wall to see which cocktail ($10-$16) you’d like to try – these bespoke concoctions are done in collaboration with cocktail bar Nutmeg & Clove. While there, you’ll also want to join the cocktail workshops that are led by brand ambassadors and mixologists that’ll be around from April 28 to 30. Since there are limited slots daily, make sure to head down early. You can also redeem one complimentary highball at the bar*, a lineup of four concoctions that features its signature flavour profiles.

*Consumers can redeem one complimentary highball during the event.

Bold, unexpected performances with Johnnie Walker

In line with the progressive attitude of Walk Beyond, Johnnie Walker has joined hands with innovative folks like Yung Raja and Salome Blaque. Together, they’ve created a new genre called Drag Hop and will be showcasing it for the first time at the “Walk Beyond Weekender” after party at Drip (entry charged separately) on April 28. You’ll also catch plenty of other bold acts at Design Orchard curated by Zendyll Music, in collaboration with Jon Chua JX.

Nail art station, DIY marble glassware workshop, and Johnnie Walker-themed photobooth

This pop-up has a lineup of bold, unique activities too, so you’ll find yourself wanting to pop by each. There’s a nail art station where you can score a free manicure, all done in Johnnie Walker’s strikingly bold colours of yellow and black. While there, you’ll be tempted by the selection of temporary tattoos featuring exclusive art by local artist Aeropalmics. Have a go at marbling your own Johnnie Walker highball glass – multi-functional, since it’s both a statement piece and useful for your next Johnnie Highball.

After enjoying the bold flavours of Johnnie Highballs, make sure to also snap a photo at the free photo booth. It’s a true throwback to ‘purikura’ days, with colourful Johnnie Walker motifs decorating the frame.
