db Bistro Moderne in conjunction with Rathbone Wine Group have organised a wine walkabout: a journey through the different wine regions of Australia. To accompany the wine, Chef Jonathan Kinsella will be dishing out a five course tasting menu featuring Capaccio of Sea Scallop, Crab Salad, Seared Foie Gras, Grilled Saddle of Lamb and Peach Charlotte.
