Sun Yat Sen Nanyang Memorial Hall (SYSNMH) returns with another edition of Wan Qing CultureFest, with food as the main star. Held via SYSNMH's Facebook page, the digital version of the festival celebrates the significance and symbolism of food in Chinese culture throughout the various stages of life, from customary practices to superstitions. Check out the live demo of preparing ang ku kueh, guo da li (bethrothal gifts), and a wedding tea ceremony. There's also an interactive live Q&A session with a traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) physician and dietician on the dos and don’ts of pre and post-natal foods, and more.
