Back for its fourth and most dazzling edition yet, Bugis Night Lights is turning up the brightness and good vibes across Bugis Junction, Bugis+, and Bugis Street from August 11 to September 21. Start your night at Bugis+ Open Plaza with Waves of Time: Splash On Our Skyline, a spellbinding light installation by local neon artist maegzter as part of this year’s Singapore Night Festival. Think glowing waves that pay tribute to Singapore’s maritime heyday, brought to life from August 22 to September 6 through a striking retrofuturistic design.

Then shimmy over to the Retro District at Bugis Street Art Lane. Curated by Resurrack as part of the Singapore Night Festival, this open-air festival village is all about nostalgic joy through vintage collectibles, old-school fashion, photobooths, and live shows by local artists. Don’t miss the Opening Night Party on August 22, from 7pm, where there will be live DJ sets, performances under the stars, local lifestyle and F&B vendors, and more.
